The issue of environmental preservation and the fight against land speculation can be combined while offering the population a pleasant and friendly recreational environment. This project is based on the commitment of a personality to ensure that good living and Congolese culture can be valued in a development that combines tradition and modernity. The exercise was of great interest because it allowed our team to see the modern in what is considered traditional and to bring out the best in itself to propose a development that respects the environment, culture, and landscape requirements on an area of nearly 50 hectares.
